- FIRST FLOOR

The Kitchen
The villa has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, ceramic stove and stainless steel appliances. There is tableware for eight along with a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven and utensils.

Dining & Living Room (open concept)
The living room is decorated in a tropical style with a custom made sofa/chaise combination; perfect for relaxing, reading or watching TV. The sofa faces the wall of windows to the rear to take advantage of the views of the cobalt blue ocean. Don't forget to bring your binoculars. You might be able to see whales on their journey through the warm, calm waters of the Papagayo gulf.

The dining room is highlighted by a custom made exotic wood round table which seats eight. It is perfect for enjoying a fresh catch-of-the-day dinner.

Office & Mini library
Keep in touch with friends and family using wireless high-speed internet. Send and receive e-mails or browse the web inside the villa or beside the pool. The hi-fi system, with surround sound speakers, provides entertainment inside or outside on the terrace.

Bedroom accommodations - First Level: 2 Junior Suites with private bathrooms and ocean views.

Suite Los Corales
This beautiful bedroom has one Queen Bed and plenty of closet space. Sliding glass doors give you direct access from the room to the swimming pool and sun deck area.

Suite Las Sirenas
This practical room has two twin beds, with a soft color scheme perfect for an afternoon siesta. The sliding glass doors open up to a small balcony, ideal for reading or enjoying the views.

Gym
At ground level of the sun deck we have a spacious bright room with two comfortable Queen size Murphy beds, a complete bathroom, a fully equipped cardio gym and sauna, no excuses to not continue your work-out rutines away from home!

Master Bedroom and the Mini Apartment

Suite Vista Del Mar
The master suite, with one king bed, is decorated in a breezy island style with top-quality linens. There is a 40 inch flat screen TV and a seating area complete with a wine cooler. Double Sliding glass doors on the window wall lead to a private balcony with incredible unobstructed views of the Pacific and the Papaguyo Peninsula. The luxurious master bathroom features travertine tile, with double sinks, a raised soaking tub and a separate spa-inspired shower.

Mini Apartment
Mini Apartment
There is a private entrance from the outside of the villa to the one bedroom apartment with a private bath. There is a queen size hand crafted solid wood Murphy bed and a beautifully upholstered pull out sofa-bed. There is also a small, yet fully equipped kitchenette with granite countertops and a breakfast bar for two.

- OUTSIDE THE VILLA
The outside of the villa is comprised of an infinity-edged pool and multi-leveled terraces and gardens. The lower terrace has lounge chairs and an outdoor ding area to accommodate eight. I is also equipped with a bar and a BBQ grill. Take the spiral staircase down from this terrace and you willi find a spacious bright room with two queen Murphy beds and a bathroom. The room is also outfitted with cardio machines and free weights that you can use while enjoying yet another wall of windows with incredible views. After your workout, enjoy the steam shower encased with beautiful exotic woods. There are no excuses to not continue your work-out routines away from home!
